SHIPPING AND HANDLING​
We provide FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $1,000.00 within Australia. As all orders for Pacific Portraits image artwork products are custom made and framed (where applicable), Pacific Portraits will endeavour to have your order fulfilled by the agreed delivery date (usually between 2 - 3 weeks) from the date of order, unless there are unforeseen factors beyond our reasonable control.​​​

The lead/delivery times above are an estimate only and no guarantees are provided. The total lead/delivery time includes the production time (the time it takes to print and package your product) and the shipping time. These times do not include holiday closure periods and public holidays.

Please note that if you order multiple image artwork products, some of the products may be shipped separately due to different production times and packaging requirements. As a result, these items may arrive in different packages at different times.
You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been completed and shipped. Delivery usually occurs 9am-5pm during weekdays, please contact us if you need a special arrangement. By placing an order, you authorise parcels to be left at your door, unless you specify "Signature Required" at the time of purchase.
Damage in transit is covered under warranty for all deliveries. Theft or missing items are only covered if "Signature Required" has been specified at the time of purchase.

If you have an urgent deadline, please contact us first and we'll do our best to work to it and will obtain a quote and expected delivery time.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Pacific Portraits, we are committed to providing high quality products and services and our goal is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Due to the nature of photography and the fact that the image artwork products, once printed or custom made, cannot be returned; we are not able to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind or wrong size option chosen.
If for some reason beyond our control, the image artwork product has been damaged on its way to you, please email us at info@pacificportraits.com.au within 48 hours upon receipt of the product so that we can discuss a plan of action. Please include photographs of the damage, the package and address label, and an explanation of what has occurred. We will arrange a replacement if the courier company is solely responsible for any damage.
Please note we will not be responsible if the products were damaged by the client in the process of opening the package, or if the claim is made past the 48 hour period of receiving the products.
